We spent the majority of the day at the Kids Zoo, which is a really amazing place for the kids to run around, touch the animals, climb and dig for dinosaur bones. In the summer months they offer animal shows where kids can participate and of course the water park!
Emma had so much fun. I just love watching her run and explore.

They have Prairie Dog tunnels, where the kids can run through and peek up through holes.

It was a nice day for Gabriel and I to sit and watch Emma as she made sand castles.

Climbing through a tortoise shell

The goats were out and active. The boy in front of Emma had an apple, which must be in the goats diet. He jumped up in attempts to get it...Emma took advantage of this for a little pat!

Our littlest monkey has a mild case of Thrush. I noticed it on Sunday night so after the Zoo, I dropped Emma off at my parents and Auntie Angela and I took him to the Doctors.
Fortunately it is mild and we caught it early. He was given his first prescription:(
His medicine tastes like bananas and Gabriel doesn't seem to mind it, so I gave him his first dose last night and it seems a little better this morning.
A special thanks to Mom, Dad, Andy and Nicole for helping with Emma and another fantastic dinner. And thanks Angie for coming to the Doctor's and running all my errands with me!!!
