Spending the day in the African Savanna

Wow, how the weather has drastically changed! Two weeks ago we spent the day at the Zoo in snow gear and today we were out in shorts and
t-shirts.
How appropriate that we spent most of our day in the African Savanna.
It was a great day to walk and be outdoors. Most of the animals were in lazy mode today and were taking naps but Emma had a blast as always.
Special thanks to Auntie Becky for all her help and a fun visit.


I recently purchased a new sling. Here is Gabriel all cozy inside. It didn't last long as it was way too hot to be all bundled up.

After the Zoo we went to watch Uncle Johnny at his Hockey tournament.
We are happy to report that his team won the game and the series!
Way to go for a game well played!
