Angels without wings

Today the kids and I met up with Jill, Maggie and Kieran for a mall date. We had a good time and behaved ourselves and bought only necessities...no really!
Emma always loves spending time with Maggie and the two had a ball, running around like monkeys while Jill and I fed the boys.
When we got home, I needed to unload groceries. Gabriel was asleep so that meant Emma had to entertain herself for a few minutes...watching Backyardigans.
It was when I was feeding Gabriel that I noticed two of my Willow tree angels were missing.
When I asked her where they were she proudly went to get them...without their wings.
I asked what happened to their wings and she said "Mommy they didn't want their wings anymore"!!! So she had helped take them off! Logical for a two year old, I guess.
Here is one of the wingless angels, the other one is currently being glued.

On the Gabriel front, he is teething. He is being good about it and the only indicator is he wants to eat anything he can get. Here is cute little Alice the camel ( I'm so original when choosing names for our teddies!)

This is what happened to poor Alice. We'll see how long Alice lasts!

That is hilarious!! I can picture Emma saying that!! What a little monkey!!

I think Gabriel may be siding with her - trying to take the camel's nose off!!

Poor angels! But good tip for me to keep all things out of reach when Caitlin becomes mobile! She is also starting to teethe. Fist always in mouth and lots of drool!
